GUIDE DOG ISSUES
My wife with her guide dog (registered and trained by SA Guide Dogs), travelled from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I contacted Kulula to arrange for this on Thursday morning at 8h40 and all was arranged.

At OR Tambo, Kulula firstly claimed that they had no record of her travelling, nor that arrangements had been made. ACSA then initially refused to even allow her to fly as they had no record of the dog. The behaviour and attitude of Kulula staff, ACSA staff and security was appalling and very embarrassing for my wife, amongst other things they demanded proof that the trained dog had never bitten anybody and would not bite.

I contacted Kulula's call centre from Cape Town as soon as I was made aware of this and they, after listening to the recording of my call on Thursday confirmed the call centre agent had not done what she said. All they could say is \sorry for the inconvenience". I demanded that they provide a written apology to my wife"
