Great Security officer

Thank you so much to the security officer that assisted when my Grandmother lost her ID at his checkpoint ,he ran with me through the rain to the SAPS center to retrieve it all while it was time to knock off even assisted more people on our way what great customer service filled with empathy ( sorry no idea as to the security's name) but a thank you none the less cause most people would have just directed me but he actually went the extra mile
