Good, clean facilities and atmosphere

Went last night to drop off my daughter. Every week I go to pick up my son. The place is clean and welcoming. However the wifi doesnt work. But most annoying is the pianists. They invite people to play a tune. Great. But for days now I found two people who go the piano and making horrid screeching sounds which shatters the peace, besides our eardrums, especially as this happens during late night flights when we are sitting for hours waiting for flights.
