Genuinely care about customer safety

We were approached by an ******* porter who then turned on me once I called him out when he tried to **** someone else out of money. I complained to ACSA about the lack of security and the fact that it happened in the first place. I have since received two emails and one phone call apologizing for the incident and assuring me that action will be taken. I am very impressed that this company does indeed care about its customers and that they are quick, efficient and incredibly professional.<br> <br> Yes, things happen, but their response has put a smile on my face and has proven to me that I can go there again in full confidence regarding my safety.<br> <br> Thank you ACSA!
