Faulty Machines and poor customer service

Yesterday at Capetown Airport I had to pay R110 for staying 45minutes on a parking zone that clearly stated that 0-1hour is 20 rand and many people experienced this... Only for some man to come out of the parking staff area after an 1h40 minutes of struggling only to tell people they have been there for that length of time , whereas we were only there for that long because of the malfunction of the parking garage ticket machines and there was no help at all
