False advertising on website

<p>I picked OR Tambo Parking based on their website and the fact that my vehicle would be parked undercover while I was away. My vehicle was scheduled to to delivered back to me at OR Tambo Airport at 09h45 on the 3rd March 2017. After numerous calls and eventually threats, the vehilcle was delivered at 10h43, almost 1 hour late. I checked my vehcile's tracking device to determine where it had been parked and discovered the address is 34 Firefly Street in Kempton Park. I searched for it on Google Maps and found it to be a run down open lot with an old house with plenty of vehicle parked in the open. I then drove there and discovered that my vehicle had been left in the open when I had paid for under cover parking as per their website. Needless to say no owner of manager was available to speak to me. I threatened to make what I had found public and was then promptl;y refunded my money. If your expectation is that your vehicle would be in secure under cover parking, do not fall for the promises made by these unscrupolous operators.</p>
