Extremely rude and nasty paystation operator at Cape Town Int Airport

I generally have good experiences at Cape Town Int Airport, but last year I had a terrible experience with a parking/paystation operator. I went to collect my grandmother at CT...she initially told me she is at parkade 1, and although I know this is not drop-off/collect, I went there anyway (you know how it goes). She then confirmed she was at Parkade 2 so I LEFT PARKADE 1 and went to Parkade 2 - this means I had retired the ticket for Parkade 1 and had a new parking ticket for Parkade 2. I collected my grandmother, and when I got to the boom, it said I hadn't paid. Confused, I pressed the help button as I had not been there more than 20 mins. The woman interacting with me via the speaker at the boom was EXTREMELY rude. She kept yelling at me that I had initially entered at Parkade 1, that's why I have to pay. I was trying to explain to her so that I could understand why that would be, as I had to return the parking ticket when I left Parkade 1, and had to get a new ticket for Parkade 2. She just kept yelling at me. So I turned around and went to the paystation, and by now I was quite angry as this person was treating me like I'm dirt. I proceeded to press help at the playstation again to talk to someone. Luck may have it that the same woman came onto the speaker, and again proceeded to yell at me and eventually actually just cut the call whilst I was speaking to her. I pressed help again and I got no answer. I ended up having to pay even though I had not exceeded the time parked. This was truly one of the worst, most infuriating experiences I have had in a while. How can CT Airport allow such a person to work with clients? Rude, arrogant, and nasty. It has left a very bitter taste in my mouth and disrupted my feelings towards the airport immensely. I can provide the date and time that I was there, so it would be easy to know who was on duty at the time. I do not think that woman should be working with your clients.
