EAST LONDON AIRPORT

My fiance was in line for check in this morning at the east London airport. The arrogance from the manager was pathetic. The gates were closed and my Fiance was not allowed access to the plane. It is our anniversary this weekend and now all is gone to ****. The manger is ****** and should be taken to higher authorities and this should be addressed accordingly. Pathetic service recieved .
