Dishonesty/***** at cellin bag shop OR Tambo

I paid for a hand luggage bag with one card on 8 May at 18.19 hours and was told my card had declined. I therefore used another bank card. This was dishonest because both bank cards were charged. I only noticed this when I got to my destination. Cellin bags should refund me for paying for the same bag twice
