DISGUSTED AT OR TAMBO AIRPORTS PICK-UP & DROP-OFF PROCESS DURING COVID

I went to pick up my son from OR Tambo Airport on Wednesday evening (14/10/2020) and was totally disgusted at the way the "Pick up/Drop off"'s are handled. We were requested to pick up at Parking Level 2 and was stuck for more than 45 minutes in the cue trying to exit the Parking. Eventually, the vehicles in the Cue started to HOOT NON STOP to get attention so that the booms could be accessed & cars could leave the parking. Clearly OR Tambo has No idea how to properly Manage such processes & perhaps need to get into touch with other Airports, like King Shaka International, who seem to have everything perfectly in order. If OR Tambo Airport Cannot properly manage the simple process of "Drop-off & Pick-up" ..... How would you ever manage an ACTUAL EMERGENCY.
