Disappointed client at King Phalo airport

I am very disappointed with East London airport, very rude staff and so disorganized 😡 28 December is the day I will never forget iny life.. I've missed my flight because of the security lady who was giving me a grief knowing very well that the gates will be closed soon.. I was on stand by the whole day on Saturday and later was told that I should come back tomorrow and I'm like people I'm not from East London I know no one here and the staff were so rude..I had to take the bus back to Cape town and lost R3000😭 what makes me sick ia the fact that I was on time and it was their fault😡 I will never ever again use that flight never in my life
