Directors of OR Tambo Airport need to get themselves and their staff into gear!!!

I would like to take a moment to say that I am absolutely APPALLED with how I was disrespectfully treated when heading to collect friends from OR Tambo Airport today!!!

The SAPS / Police that the Directors currently have located at the Airport, have Absolutely NO idea on what they are doing!

Why do I say this...I was sent to go park in the parking lot opposite the entrance to the Airport, in front of the International Flags they have flying.

Only to be told over 30 minutes later, by my friends, that they are not allowed to leave the airport and I have to come fetch them from the airport building itself?

I was furious as I was told were I had to go park (and pay for parking) and for my friends to be told by numerous people inside the airport, as well as, at the doors they could not exit the airport...what happened to us being on Level 1? Why could they not walk across the road to where I was parked?

Then I drive all the way around the airport, to then obtain access to where I wasn't allowed when arriving, to park beside a Police Officer and ask for assistance, only to be told that he will not speak to me until I greet him politely and by rank...Seriously?!?! I was BELIVERED!!!

I kindly greeted him as I do, to everybody else I don't know and he is just as equal and was given directions thereafter.

Moral of the story, #ORTAMBOAIRPORT Director's and Management need to SERIOUSLY pull finger and start working for what they are being paid, for it certainly isn't fair on us the Jo'burg/Pretoria nation to travel the distance we do to get to the airport, be treated like dirt and have to literally pay for the mistakes that the Aiport and SAPS (whom the Airport employed) are making!

OR TAMBO DIRECTORS, PULL FINGER and make us want to use your airport!
