Denied to board

So yesterday 02/08/2024 we drove all the way from Orania in the Northern Cape to Kimberley (160 km) to board our flight to Cape Town.. Just to be told that we are "unfortunately" 2 minutes late and we can not board we lost the tickets and the money.

Now I don't know about the lady who was absolutely unfriendly, unhelpful and totally miserable behind the boarding desk.. But I don't have just R15 000 (what our flight tickets coat) laying around that I can just forfeit just because se feels we are 2 mins to late she wil not help us.

I am absolutely disappointed in the service.. There was no friendlyness, helpfulness nothing.. Just.. Sorry you can't thank you... Next... After driving 160 km....

I wil definitely not leave this here
