Customer service

Customer service is clearly not one of their focus points. On a few occasions we have parked in the long term parking and only to find out our ticket can't be read. You are told to go to the main office. No sorry about the inconvenience hardly greet you. We are your customers so treat us with respect and it won't cost you anything to greet us.
