CT International - no service!

We have never been treated so badly as today. Upon arriving at the airport we were rudly chases out of the parking bay that we always park in. We had to go to the other side. No bords showing that we cannot go in there. Then my fianceé was chased away by the security at the door, with a "hamba." Only I was allowed in. Went up to the ticket office, redirected to info to call cargo. Then I had to wait, no one was at the counter. A very rude woman then asked me what I want and said "now why must I do this". I told her to drop everything and I left.... without any service whatso ever!
