<p>COMPLAINT AGAINST O.R TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT & ACSA</p> <p>My name is Oluwagbenga Adediran Awolesi idno ********** 954183 and I’ve used OR Tambo international Airport close to 10 times a year. I want to lay a formal complaint against OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT / ACSA. Yesterday the 16th October 2016 at around 18:30pm I passed the security check point, after few minutes on my way to immigrations I realized that I had left my lap top behind at the security scan machine at the check point. I had to rush back and collect it. I didn’t know that there was water spilt on the floor, and there was no warning sign put up to alert people that the floor was wet. I slipped on the water and landed on my back and elbow. To my disappointment none of the staff members who were standing by came and checked up on me or even apologized. The whole section at the check point screamed as they saw me fall, so everyone was aware that I feel. Instead what they did they called for a cleaning lady to come and mop the floor. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was so disappointed at the way they reacted and the treatment I got from them, despite the pain I suffered, I just expected a simple courtesy approach of them checking if I am ok, or sending a 1st aid warden to also check if I was not badly injured because the impact was so hard when I fell. I didn’t have much time to go and lay a complaint as I was supposed to board a 19:50pm flight. I suffered excruciating pain for 15hrs in flight from South Africa to Atlanta and another 4 hours flight from Atlanta to Puerto Rico without any medical support as I didn’t have any pain medication on me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Dissapointed client</p> <p>Mr Oluwagbenga Adediran Awolesi</p> <p> </p>
