Complaint about security.

Very frustrating situation at the cape town airport. I did the check in with flysafair to Johannesburg and the security lady didn't allow me to pass because said my hand luggage doesn't fix in on space. She was very rude and didn't want to explain me what I'd the difference between the box where I checked my back with the size and back was perfectly fix with the other she have in from same size but my luggage didn't fix. Clearly that box is smaller that the other one but said the same size. I was very frustrated and that doesn't happened in OR tambo, where I took my hand luggage to the airplane without no problems. That situation cost stress and I went to doctor because my presion was high for all the moment I have to pass there. Definitely the services for the security is not friendly and she is very rude.
