Clamped Car

My experience with ACSA and MA***O Security company at OR Thambo on the 13th of September 2021was bad. My car was clapped and me and my husband had to pay a fine of R2 000 just because the security guards assumed that our car is Uber/Bolt!

Me and my husband came back form Durban, we asked a friend to come collect us at the airport , he came and parked the car for less than 5min to go fetch us, when we came back the car was clamped.

Another driver did the same thing, packed behind my car and left his car to go collect someone. His car was not clamped. The security guy only asked him why did he park the car there? He responded by saying he didn't know then they let him go.

If ACSA and MA***O Security were doing their job properly every car that was left unattended with no one inside should be clamped.

Head of ACSA/MA***O kindly attend to this. Your employees can't clamp cars just because they assume that it's Uber or Bolt!! My car is not Uber or Bolt.
