Chaos at pick-up point-CPT Airport

Why, o why does ACSA continue with the ridiculous pick up arrangement at Cape Town airport? On 1 Oct., at 22:40, we had to pick up my son at the airport: total chaos at the revised pick up point in the ground floor of the old P1 parking. It took about 10 minutes just to enter this area, with the same frustration when leaving it! It simply doesn't make sense to persist with this unsuitable and frustrating arrangement, where the drop off and pick up points are separated! We are at level one. We are going to see more tourists arriving. More people will have to be dropped and picked up at the airport. There is no reason to separate people who are going to or who have just. spend hours in a confined space together. Please fire your advisers who came up with this stupid arrangement. And while you are at it, also fire your medical advisers, because less than 40% op people admitted in hospital with Covid 19, present with fever! A futile exercise to continue measuring people's temperature.
