Car Towed away with a visible Disability sticker

Both my wife are physically disabled and both our cars marked with legal disability stickers. Yesterday afternoon I parked at OR Tambo at a parking space designated for persons with disabilities. Whilst parking the car an attentant sitting some 12-15 away yelled at me that the parking is dedicated to persons with disabilities only. I assured him that I am disabled and that the car does have a valid sticker and that it is clearly displayed. When I got back to the car 40 minutes later from International arrival with my guests the car was towed away. When I confronted the Manager (Mr Elvis) in charge of the Parking Bays he admitted that he instructed to car to be towed away although he also admitted that he did not checked the car for a visible sticker. The Car Park Patrol person who towed my vehicle admitted that he could clearly see the sticker but he acts on instructions from his Manager.<br> Needless to say that the physical pain we suffered by limping around for two hours waiting for my car to be delivered and being late for the appointments for my guest due to ACSA staff and contractors with no sense of accountability and responsibility who openly flaunts their indifference toward
