Broken ticket machine at long term parking

<p>I used long term parking in order to take a trip down to Durban. I'm pretty sure that a wheel bearing is about to go on the shuttle. But, that is beside the point. The point is another maintenance issue. The ticket machine did not work when I tried to pay for my parking. It did not give me all my change (still haven't got it) and wouldn't return my ticket. I asked the staff if they could open the gate for me, since I had already (over)paid. They refused and told me that they couldn't. It took me what felt like an hour and a big fight to finally get them to open the gate for me.</p>
