Breaking into Luggage

<p>On the 31/01/2017, my parents were travelling to Cape Town International Airport on Kulula and had the cable ties cut off their bags. Items were ****** from the bags. This is the second incident in 2 months, as my wifes parents had the same problem in December 2016. They were travelling from OR Tambo International to Durban in Mango , and had their bag covers broken off, and items were ****** from their bags. </p>
