Baggage Tampering by ACSA Handlers

My daughter's locked checked in bag had the lock forced open at either Cape Town International Airport, or Lanseria, on Sunday 9th June, between 9:40am and 12:55 pm. While nothing had been ******, I want some accountability from the company who is charged with handling people's baggage on a daily basis. What measures are you putting in place to STOP this and to catch and charge the culprits?
