Bad treatment

I parked at the wrong parking for 1 hour, when I came out the ticket amount was 540, I went to office management and dealt with a very rude staff who told me I should pay the 540. I requested to speak to the manager but I was told she will be available after 45 minutes. I waited and waited and the manager did not come… the sad part is that I did not have the 540 and it was just a mistake to park there but no one was willing to assist. I have never dealt with people so rude in my entire life
