Bad service

How is this possible from O. R Tambo airport to Port Elizabeth airport. I mean do you people have no respect for other people's belongings. We pay tax and we live in a Country where we should have no worries travelling between Province's. This is what a suitcase looks like when handling between the two airport's. What a disgrace !!!!! And flying FlySafair is there nothing we can do. We pay tax fare and what not. And this is what we get. Do something please.
