Bad service

Or Tambo Parking is a private company that takes your vehicle from you on departure and park it at their premises and then return your vehicle upon your return. I had a very bad experience with this company and will never make use or recommend them to anyone. I made a booking and on the day phoned 15 minutes beforehand as requested. I was informed that the guy will wear an orange uniform. When arriving a guy stopped me and said he is there for my vehicle. He had a blue shirt on. I asked where his orange shirt is and he said the other guy just went to the bathroom. He gave me a company invoice and I was satisfied and gave him the car keys. When returning 4 days later - I phoned again to say that we have landed. I got an sms requesting my invoice number. When arriving at the agreed spot to pick up my car it was not there and I phoned the lady. She informed me that they couldnpt find my car in their yard and that I need to give her the invoice number - which I did. She promised to phone back. I was in a total flat spin as I thought my car has been ****** and that I perhaps gave it to the wrong person who did not wear an orange shirt. Minutes later she phoned back to say they found the car and the driver was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes (as they promise on their website as well) . My daughter and I was standing outside the building for almost an hour - waiting for my car - I had to phone several times to find out what is going on and every time was told the driver is on his way. He eventually pitched after almost an hour and a lot of stress. Never again!
