Bad experience

ACSA O. R Tambo international, had a bad experience with those guys. I booked my car in for a private vilat car, I organised with the company to come fatch my car at the airport. To my surprise when I get there, the guy was on time waiting for me but the securities wouldn't let him take my car. I mean What ******* is that, are we now supposed to park at the airport by force. They even went to the extent of arresting the driver from the vilat parking, poor guy I felt terribly sorry for him.Are those guys not civilised to know that such companies exist, this is really bad. I missed my flight because now I had to wait for my children to drive from Pretoria to come get my car, I don't want to use the airport parking. Government must do something about this ******* minded people
