Bad attitude and officious security official

I flew from CT to PE on the 21st of Feb 2015. Passing through security the first time, I had mistakenly left my leatherman multitool in my hand luggage, a security official informed me that i could not take it onto the plane, which is perfectly understandable. I then asked if everything else was ok, to be told that it was (at this point my luggage, and person had been thoroughly searched). Returning to the check in counter, I paid extra to have my tool transported in the hold. Going through security again i was now told that i could not take a small key ring onto the plane (and old copper bullet casing). I asked the official why i could not take this absolutely harmless piece of memorabilia onto the plane, as it is not specified on the Prohibited items list. This person could not give me an answer, so i asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor then arrived to tell me that i couldn't take it on board, upon asking why, she refused to answer my question, and then proceeded to verbally and racially abuse me in xhosa (the term \mlungu"was used) when i disagreed. I was also then threatened with detention. I was basically ****** of my keyring."""
