Atleast have the information if you're at information desk

Just contacted the Cape Town international Airport information desk only to reach a person who has no information about the contacts of other departments there. Yet she at the Information desk. All I wanted is contact to the baggage reclaim. She does not have their contact. Meaning I have to drive to the Airport and get each and every security asking me what I needed there.
