Appalling/unintelligible English

<p>I was waiting to board a flight from OR Tambo to Port Elizabeth on Monday 3 July 2017, BA6238. From 14:45 through to 16:00 I listened to the flight announcements, not once could I understand them. They were either not speaking English or not capable of speaking English. I checked with other people in the queue as to whether they understood the announcements, they also did not. Really, we pay huge taxes to use your facilities and you can't even use people that can speak English. Send them all to elecution!</p>
