Airports company not looking at maintenance!!

First Cape Town. There were no "golf carts" to assist elderly - apparantly the contract had run out but no new provider put in place - and also no notices anywhere, so one could wait, and wait, and wait!!!! and then have to walk pretty far. Johannesburg Airport. All the travelgators were not working!!!!!!!!We are supposed to be a first class city - what has gone wrong??
