Disgusting services from the Immigration officers at Cape Town International Airport, where they decided to close the immigration services 2 Hours before they were supposed to , because their “ shift “ had ended . Leaving passengers stranded !! The person who made that decision - Sir I think it’s time you retire , your attitude and temperament is best served in a place where you have NO Interaction with other people - you don’t belong in a customer centric industry !!
