Airport Parking

I travelled to Durban from ORT. I parked my car at around 13h30 on Monday 3 Aug and returned on Tuesday evening at 1830. They charged me ZAR1800. It usually costs around ZAR400. I know all about Covid 19 but if this is not price gouging then I don't know what is. Is it only private companies that are caught and government departments free to eat at the trough of the public???
