ACSA USLESS

On a delayed flight that lands after midnight 6 oversized fragile boxes one passenger.Needs help.No assistance so has to make 3 trips.Pushes suitcases on the first trip then informed cannot go back to get the 4 oversized boxes.No acsa desk open to give permission.At the oversized informed that we can.Only light when other flight assistance persons helped and convinced the acsa staff office was closed and eventually was allowed back to collect with much resistance. ACSA IS CLEARLY EMPLOYING PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW OFFICES ARE CLIAED. They should iptheir game
