ACSA strikes again

Travelling from Cape Town International Airport to OR Tambo Airport on the evening of 18.02.2018 the "well trained and experienced" ******* within airports company south africa took it upon themselves to go through my bag and help themselves to MY hard earned and sentimental items. Someone in the well manned bag handling within the company took it upon themselves to break my lock, ***** my makeup, jewelry and rifle through my bag. You may say i am to blame for keeping jewelry in my bag, let me just say, i was in Cape Town for a wedding, being an indian wedding i had outfits and jewelry sets in my bag, my entire bag contents is valuable to me.... DOES ACSA EXPECT ME TO NOW NOT CHECK IN LUGGAGE BECAUSE THEY EMPLOY SUCH DISHONEST ************ PEOPLE. these experienced professional ******* had time to sieve through my bag and remove my gold jewelry and leave behind my imitation jewelry. disgusted by this invasion of privacy.. WHAT IS ACSA DOING TO STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING? DO THE POWERS THAT BE HAVE SHARES IN THE BAG WRAPPING BECAUSE THE THEFT IS THERE SO THAT FREQUENT TRAVELERS LIKE MYSELF MUST START USING THIS FACILITY? THERE IS NO COMPASSION FROM ACSA IN THESE MATTERS BECAUSE IT HAS NOW BECOME THE NORM- SORRY BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. FIND A SOLUTION- PEOPLE ARE MEANT TO FEEL SAFE ON YOUR FLIGHTS AND IN YOUR FACILITIES THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. JUST BECAUSE YOU LIKE WHAT YOU SEE IN MY BAG DOES NOT MEAN IT IS YOURS AND YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO TAKE IT. THESE EMPLOYEES WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP THEMSELVES TO MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
