ACSA staffs are *******ed and ***********

Last month I arrive at the airport from overseas. The staffs near the luggage collection approached us and demanded money. Not only us, but they are targetting many people and people are paying them. They say we brought stuff that are not allowed. (without close examination) And also the cleaning staff on the ground floor demand tips when people use the toilet. ACSA is failing obviously and need to be improved from the current level of service.
