ACSA Staff feel they're doing you a favor while doing the bare minimum of what is expected

Dear JHB airport company parking management,

Do you realize that none of your parking ticket machines at the parking area near City Lodge at JHB don't work?

After myself and others unsuccessfully tried several machines on the 1/09/19 at 22:30 visited your parking management office where one person was working (Sleeping on duty) upon arrival, where reluctantly helped.

No apology from ACSA staff for the inconvenience instead nothing but terrible service as if they (ACSA staff) was doing us a favor.

ACSA should be ashamed.
