ACSA ripping us off

Bought a ticket through SAA from Lusaka via Johannesburg to London, paid all the airport taxes which was roughly $270. I wanted to upgrade to business class using my miles, and now they wanted to charge me an additional R3000 in Airport tax! No extra service from them or anything special, just another charge on top of an already inflated tax portion! Utterly ridiculous!!
