ACSA Pre-Booking System Not Working

What is it with ACSA OR Tambo and their parking system?

I especially downloaded the ACSA app & paid for a pre-booking - on arrival at OR Tambo at 04h50, the scanner at the gate couldn't read the barcode.

When trying to leave the parkade that night at 21h30 all 3 lanes/gates were full of cars, with the drivers trying to reach help, to assist with opening the gates. After 15 minutes of waiting and trying to explain to cars behind you what the situation was, my help call was answered & the gate was opened - definitely not ideal when you want to get home ASAP at that time of night.
