ACSA parking, King Shaka

OR Tambo to King Shaka 26/12 - 03/01. I parked my car in the long-term parking and calculated the cost to be +/- R520. I was charged R920, the reason given, I used the right hand boom and not the left hand boom. There was no clear signage or notices advising which boom gate to use, both gates lead directly into the same parking lot. Apparently, if one uses the right hand boom gate one is charged for 'shaded' parking. Utter nonsense and nothing short of ****************. The staff refused to assist me. The underground tunnel that one has to utilise in order to reach the terminal building is unguarded and very unsafe. The shuttle service has been discontinued. I don't expect a response from ACSA as my efforts to resolve this issue have been futile.
