ACSA parking *******

I parked in Level 2 at OR Tambo thinking that it was still a long term parking facility. On my return I had a R5,100 parking bill as Level 2 had changed to drop and go. I approached various people concerned at ACSA admitting my mistake and appealing for understanding and reconsideration of the parking amount. The only response was a flat NO. I tried emailing ACSA CEO but my email was blocked. I should have realized that my efforts would be fruitless had I checked on hellopeter before attempting to get some humane response out of ACSA.
