ACSA Parking

We rented parked our car at long term parking to park the car for the weekend as we had rented a van at Bidvest Car Hire. We collected the van and decided to drive the rented van to the long term parking where our luggage was and we were only there for 15 minutes and the bill amounted to R390. The ladies there were rude and screaming at us because we were complaining about the fact that we were not even there for 15 minutes and ended up with a R390 bill and yet we still have to pay another R390 bill. We were told that ACSA Management doesn't care about our complaints and they have been having meetings about such and Management does nothing about it. Some lady was even screaming from the back telling us we are making a noise instead of politely telling us that. She was screaming like she was at the streets which I found very unprofessional. R390 is no joke to us and for them it's a laughing matter. This is day light *******.

Please have clearer boards and signs stating that we must not go back in there. What happens when someone is lost, how do you reverse back out of that parking knowing that if you enter you are liable. Please educate us and I don't think a free 15 minutes is unreasonable.

Please can you look into this issue and can we please be refunded cause this was ridiculous.
