ACSA OR Tambo - terrible management

I work for a professional company that has been appointed by a external company to do work at OR Tambo Airport. The staff are rude, arrogant and purposefully unhelpful. It is impossible to get any information out of them. All processes take unnecessarily long and are counterproductive. Both the Permit office and the Operations department refuse to communicate any information requested, they simply circulate emails from one person to the next. Another experience is having ACSA members (including department managers) discuss individuals or the project in another language (purposefully so that you cannot understand) and then just walking away without acknowledging you. They are the furthest thing from a "world class" airport you can imagine.
