ACSA OR TAMBO PARKING - NO RESPONSE

I paid and cancelled my booking well in advance and have been trying to get a refund of R234.00 - I get the references from the automated reply saying they will deal with it within a few working days. After 6 emails and 3 months I have not had one reply from them. They don't answer the phone - just put it down when it rings. I have now contacted Nedbank and asked them to return the payment. Disgusting the inefficiency.
