ACSA or SAA double standards pathetic
Again ACSA or SAA (whoever these idiots are who decide how many bags people can take aboard a plane). It's happened to me before when I got stopped because I had a laptop bag and a sma?l carry on case. I understand the policy, but again why does it apply to some people and not to others!!.I am seriously fed up with this now! ! And what makes it worse on the 3 previous flights I was on the clerks at the counter said I could take it on board!! C'mon guys, stop messing people around please! One rule for everybody and keep it consistent!!!! Typical African mentality! As I'm sitting in my economy class seat still more people are passing me by with freaking 2 bags!!!!! Aaaaarrrrggghhh! FFS!!!

We appreciate the feedback on your experience. We are assisting the Airline to implement this policy.
This is to ensure the safety of passengers whilst on board the Aircraft as large amounts of hand baggage was being taken on-board the Aircraft and being placed in the overhead compartments.
If however the staff at the check-in counter approve the luggage they are aware that they must tag the additional item not fitting In with the regulations. With this tag approval will be automatic.
We are always looking at ways to improve the service we offer and feedback like this does assist, consistency is essential and a key factor that is being looked at.
