ACSA get your act toget and clean the place!

Morgen, Just arrived back from yet another fustrating trip from Johannesburg International. It is the second time in less than 18 hours I have to bear the brunt of my forein bussinessmen and tourist that complain about the same old story "SERVICE" or the lack of it. Before you say it is not you like you normally do this is about Toilets been plain dirty and Parking Payment termonals not working. This is basics your toilets is adigrace. Go look in Hall A it smells, nobody in the world use that hot air dryers anymore due to there problems of being the main source of germs. You go back to you car and none literly none of the payment stations work. I had to twice leave the people standing while I have to run arround to pay my parking ticket. You complain but it is just worth nothing. You just get a no responce or just a absolute don't care long "F" attitude. How must we grow the economy employ people if we chace away the tourist by basic stuff like toilets not clean and parking payment point not working. This is small stuff like this that chace tourist away. There very first comment is "Why is the toilets so filfy" or " I am an old woman/man I need to use the toilets but I dare not to as it is filfy" !!! Remeber we do not compete with Africa we compete with the world, just get that right! Go look in Amsterdam, Zurich, Muenchen etc howb clean stuff is. That is the standard we need! Danke
