ACSA Cape Town International Airport

Apparently Cape Town International airport won the best airport award. How is this possible

Doors Leading into the airport at departures do not work, should open and close. They are open permanently

Escalator- many of them are not working

Trolleys - luggage trolleys are in a terrible state rusted and a lot don’t work. They need to be replaced
