Accredited acsa City Cabs.. traumatic experience

I arrived in durban yesterday. As I walked out of the terminal there where these guys standing and saying taxi. They also had reflectors saying ACSA approved meter taxi.. so I decided to go with them. Only for them to put me in a silver Avanza called City Cabs. This cab was falling apart I was locredit in with no windows that opened no aircon. Couldn't even breath I had an asthma attack. Anyway the driver is driving me to Umhlanga. The heat gage shoots up that's a danger sign than only to look closer at the dash the airbag light is blinking. That vehicle is a right of that suppose to be in a s**** yard no transporting lives around. How can a right of be approved by acsa transporting people around. It's a scary feeling been put in my experience. Please don't get into that silver Avanza called city cabs you guys going to loose your lives in it. I was lucky to arrive allive. Acsa please check your accredited transport.
