Absolutely useless service!

On the 11th December I flew from OR Tambo Airport to Cape Town International via South African Airways. When I arrived in Cape Town my luggage (a Toolbox containing valuable work equipment) never arrived. I opened a case immediately (and got a file reference no.), have called SAA and ACSA probably almost 100 times (even went to the airport), wasted hours of time and absolutely NO ONE could help me (most of the time no one answers the telephone, alternatively you get transferred from one person to another, none of which can offer any useful help or information on the whereabouts of the luggage or what to do next).

Never in my life have I experienced such poor service, not a single person has returned my phone calls, of which they had promised to. The level of service is shockingly bad! I am very disappointed by South African Airways as well as the Airports Company South Africa.

I am in the procedure of filling out a claims form, however, apparently only ~20 $/kg is covered, this does not even cover 10% of the value of the items lost, not to mention all the time and money spent going to Johannesburg to conduct site work, of which all the data collected is now lost with the toolbox!
