When you have to remove your valuables and put them in the tray to be scanned, please ensure that everything is there when the tray comes out the other side. A friend almost had her watch ****** by the staff there last week. First they told her that there was no watch, but she continued to quiz them while the queue behind her got longer and longer. Eventually one of them produced the watch from her pocket and tried to say she found it on the floor.
